Carrier Sales Representative
Cover US truckload freight: find the right carrier on the load boards and by phone, negotiate the rate, confirm it in writing and own the load through to delivery.

Every open role at Mill Freight is remote. Our teams book, track and settle freight for shippers around the world, alongside our Hong Kong headquarters and port offices — and they do it from wherever they live.

The freight you'll work on
We arrange freight by sea, air and road for shippers around the world. The roles we're hiring for are fully remote: you bring a reliable connection, a quiet place to work and a steady head when a shipment goes wrong, and we'll teach you the rest.
No relocation and no commute. We hire for the hours you can cover, not the city you live in — everything you need to do the job runs online.
Your first weeks are structured training: our systems, how freight moves and how we work. Then you shadow an experienced colleague before you take anything on alone.
Coordinators move into sales and account roles, and sales reps build their own book of business. Progress is judged on work anyone can see, not on who is in the room.
Freight doesn't keep office hours, and neither does the support behind you. Your team lead is a message away on every shift, and nobody is left alone with a problem shipment.
Choose a role, then apply below — it will already be selected on the form.
Cover US truckload freight: find the right carrier on the load boards and by phone, negotiate the rate, confirm it in writing and own the load through to delivery.
Look after a book of shipper accounts by phone, email and video: quote their lanes, fix service problems early and grow each account through regular business reviews.
Keep every load in transit visible: check calls and tracking updates, delay alerts to shippers before they have to ask, and clean hand-offs between shifts.
Vet carriers before their first load — operating authority, safety record, insurance certificates straight from the agent — and keep watching them after they are approved.
Match rate confirmations, proofs of delivery and carrier invoices, process accessorials and quick pay, and make sure every carrier is paid correctly and on terms.
Run ocean and air shipments with our Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, Rotterdam, Jebel Ali and Long Beach desks: bookings, shipping documents, milestones and customs hand-offs.
Applying takes a few minutes. You'll get a secure portal where you can follow your application, add your resume if you didn't attach one, and message our hiring team directly.
